WEBSITE USE POLICY

This document regulates relations with all users of the website https://staminity.com, even with those who are not registered in the Program. If you do not agree with any provision of this document, you should immediately close all the opened pages of the website and never open them again. Also, you should uninstall all the installed Staminity applications for IOS and Android platforms.

LICENSE AGREEMENT (PUBLIC OFFER) WITH THE USERS

This document defines the rules of registration in the "Staminity" program and its usage both on the website https://staminity.com and in the form of applications for iOS and Android platforms. Your registration in the program indicates your complete acceptance of all the conditions of this agreement and proper conclusion of the agreement from your side. If you are not ready to unconditionally accept all the provisions of this agreement, you don't have a right to use the Program.

PRIVACY POLICY

This document regulates relations between LLC “Staminity” and any other private individual, legal entity or individual entrepreneur who provides personal data to the LLC ”Staminity” when using Program or the Website.

TRAINING PLANS PURCHASE POLICY (FOR ACQUIRERS)

This Agreement is to be concluded by the Program Users, willing to purchase training plans in the training plans store in Staminity.

AGREEMENT WITH THE TRAINING PLANS AUTHORS - PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS

This agreement is to be concluded in addition to the main License Agreement for the “Staminity” program users if you want to publish your training plans in the Staminity training plans store and sell them via our service to the Staminity users as a private individual.

AGREEMENT WITH THE TRAINING PLANS AUTHORS - LEGAL ENTITIES AND INDIVIDUAL ENTREPRENEURS

This agreement is to be concluded in addition to the main License Agreement for the “Staminity” program users if you want to publish your training plans in the Staminity training plans store and sell them via our service to the Staminity users as a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur.

AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TRAINIG PLAN AUTHOR AND THE PLAN ACQUIRER

This document defines relations between the training plan Author and the Staminity user, purchasing the right to use the Author’s training plan. The Author of the plan accepts this document when registering as a plans seller in the Staminity and the Acquirer - when purchasing the chosen training plan.
If you are not ready to unconditionally accept all the provisions of this agreement, then you don’t have a right as an Author to publish training plans in the Staminity training plans store and receive remuneration, and as an Acquirer - to purchase training plans.
